Because CareForce hires only experienced Nursing Assistants, our
caregivers come to us with more than sufficient training to handle the
assignments they are given. The Washington State Department of Health
requires all caregivers to complete 12 hours of Continuing Education per year. At CareForce, we provide a wide variety of classes and training events for
our caregivers throughout the year. We provide courses offered in-our
training facility and have a variety of training programs available in
a take-home format. All training offered by CareForce is provided to
our caregivers at no cost.
CareForce also provides a training stipend to our
caregivers which allows them to attend classes, seminars and other
training events that are available in our community through other
health educators, including classes in local community colleges,
universities. Our stipend may be used for tuition, fees, books, travel
and other also expenses related to improving their knowledge and skills
as caregivers. We are proud of many of our caregivers who have used
CareForce training stipends to help them obtain nursing degrees while
working their way through school!
