Skilled and Experienced Caregivers – We start with higher standards than other agencies. We require that applicants are either Certified or Registered Nursing Assistants who have professional caregiving experience, current First Aid and CPR training and current TB test results. Candidates with these credentials must pass a written competency test, participate in a structured interview, provide us with two positive work references, and clear background checks from Washington and other states where they have lived and worked.

Exceptional Supervision and Training – At CareForce, each client assessment and care plan is done by a Nurse or Masters Level Social Worker. Caregiver performance is evaluated directly by our Nurse or MSW supervisors. Consultation with an on-call Registered Nurse is available to our caregivers whenever needed, 24-hours each day. Fewer than 25% of non-medical Home Care agencies in Washington benefit from having a licensed nurse (RN or LPN) on their staff.

Our employee orientation meets the standards for nurse aides who work in hospital settings. Our caregivers must complete ongoing training to keep their knowledge and skills current. Employee credentials are monitored by state of the art personnel software, and must be kept current for placement to occur.

Responsive and Flexible – Great care starts with good listening. Because CareForce hires only professional caregivers backed by Nurse or MSW supervisors, and because we offer Nurse Delegation services, we are able to take many clients who are seen as "too challenging" for many other Home Care agencies. Our Home Care Specialists and RN’s will work with you to find a custom solution to meet your needs. We are often able to fill new orders for care within a few hours of your first call. After hours calls to CareForce are received by one of our trained Home Care Specialists, not a pager or answering service. If for any reason we cannot help, we will direct you to others for assistance.

Our state-of-the-art scheduling software logs each call that we make or receive, and requires that each shift be confirmed by the caregivers and the client. This eliminates confusion about work schedules. However, when unavoidable problems do arise, our pool of pre-qualified caregivers is large enough that we promptly send a replacement to meet your critical care needs – even with last minute notice. It is GUARANTEED IN WRITING.
