"I can’t recommend CareForce too highly, and especially the care manager who helped us. She is a God Send, truly an angel. On extremely short notice she assessed my wife in the hospital and found a very nice Adult Family Home for her. She recommended an elder law attorney to me who is on the verge of saving me many thousands of dollars. He also has prepared the required all new estate documentation for us. She arranged for a Notary Public to see my wife to sign all the documents.
Our CareForce care manager arranged for a dentist for my wife along with trips to a senior center. She has visited my wife often and has kept in constant contact with me regarding her progress. She has arranged for DART transportation for her.
Our care manager has recommended a workbook and support groups for me and my family.
She has been a terrific support to my family and myself in our times of crises."
