When placed, our caregiver receive a briefing of the individualized care plan, receive ongoing supervision by a Nurse or MSW, and are actually observed working in the home on a regular basis. Our weekly timesheets allow space for our clients to provide written feedback to supervisors. Our staffing professionals also monitor client satisfaction with the caregivers when calls are made to arrange or confirm care schedules.
