Offering the combination of home care, home health care and geriatric care management, CareForce is able to adapt to the needs of our clients as their care requirements change over time. A family-owned company, CareForce is known for its care without compromise, exceptional customer service, extraordinary employees, rapid response times and guaranteed reliability. Guided by its mission, professional ethics and family values, CareForce has served the greater Seattle area throughout King County and Snohomish County with distinction since 1999. The local owners of CareForce have Masters Degrees in Nursing and Social Work from Washington universities. These founders have over 65 years of professional health care experience and are committed to continuous improvement of the services CareForce provides.

Outstanding employees are essential to great care. CareForce hires only those caregivers who clear national background, license, and caregiving reference checks. Special checks of abuse, neglect or exploitation findings as determined by DSHS investigations are also conducted. All caregivers are fully insured, have professional caregiving experience, and pass a skills test and a written competency test. CareForce offers its caregivers industry leading compensation, paid leave time, free ongoing training and round the clock supervision by RN's or MSW's in order to attract and keep these very special people. As a result, our caregiver retention rate is 40% higher than the industry average for home care aides. Client surveys reveal that over 98% of our customers would use CareForce again and refer friends and family to our services.

These are among the the reasons that an an independent panel of eldercare experts chose CareForce "Best in Home Care - Home Health" from 2010-2012. This prestigious panel was chaired by Nancy Hooyman, PhD, Dean Emeritus of the University of Washington School of Social Work, and nationally recognized for her work in Gerentology and Caregiving.
