Since 1999 CareForce has provided the support that has allowed over 2,700 seniors and persons with chronic or disabling illness to continue their routine in the comfort of their own home. Offering the combination of home care, home health care and geriatric care management, CareForce is able to adapt to the needs of  our clients as their care requirements change over time. CareForce is A family-owned company, CareForce is known for its care without compromise, exceptional customer service and extraordinary employees. Guided by its mission, professional ethics and family values, CareForce serves the greater Seattle area throughout King County and Snohomish County. The local owners of CareForce have Masters Degrees in Nursing and Social Work from Washington universities. These founders have over 65 years of professional health care experience and are committed to continuous improvement of the services CareForce provides. 

Outstanding employees are essential to great care. CareForce hires only those caregivers who clear national background, license, and caregiving reference checks. Special checks of abuse, neglect or exploitation findings as determined by DSHS investigations are also conducted. All caregivers are insured and bonded, have professional experience, and pass a skills test and a written competency test. CareForce offers its caregivers industry leading compensation, ongoing training and real time supervision by RN's or MSW's in order to attract and keep these very special people.

CareForce, the Lynnwood based home care and home health company added satellite offices in Seattle and in Bellevue on August 1, 2011.  This expansion follows the successful addition of the first satellite office in Tukwila in May, 2008.  While central operations of this award winning company are carried out in Lynnwood, Washington, the additional offices provide a more convenient location for many of its customers and caregivers to meet with CareForce nurses, social workers and human resource personnel.
